  Great service with a smile and good food close to home. If there were issues with the service as I read in a few reviews they must have fixed it. The pizza was great, had the margarita and prosciutto and arugula pizzas, both were very good.
  
  Will be back.

  Ugh. Just thinking of the what I ate makes me cringe.
  
  The only reason this place gets a star (aside from the fact that you cannot give someone zero stars), is the service - it was great and fast.
  
  Problem is, I don't go to restaurants for service - I go to restaurants to eat, and this is the worst food I've had in a while.
  
  My penne alla vodka was all lemon juice (?!) and little else - still have heartburn. The ricotta cheesecake tasted like an overly sweet supermarket off the shelf variety.
  
  Do yourself a favour, and don't bother with this place - I certainly won't.

  Two of us went for dinner last night and it was an ok experience, hence the 3 out of 5 rating.
  
  Service was good and our waiter was pleasant and tentative when needed.
  The food on the other hand was lacking taste and very skimpy on the toppings.
  
  We ordered the Arugula salad with pear and prosciutto. The prosciutto was good but the salad had no taste and the cheese shavings were scarce at best. Then we shared a Carne pizza which barely had any sausage topping...this pizza was $18, certainly not worth it!
  
  We have been here before and our experience has been the same, will not go back and don't recommend.

  Ordered in from 9Baci a few months ago.
  
  The good is fine. I had one of the pasta dishes and the Arancini. There was a seasoning issue with my order I. The sense it was underseasoned (which is entirely fixable on my end). But otherwise we had an OK experience eating their food.
  
  Next time we will try to actually dine inside the restaurant!

  Been here over a handful of times. It's a cute little restaurant in a corner store. Love the specials and the fried calamari! It's always fresh and home made, never disappoints. It is pricey but worth it if your in the Vaughan area. The staff are relatable and present at all times, you won't have to stare anyone down to get a glass of water refilled! There personable and super helpful when you can't decide on all the delicious items! The menus a nice size as well, bunch of options but not to over board! Enjoy!
